Idee selleks edukaks katsetuseks tuli Gok Wan'ilt.
And now for the english readers.
I think I have found an ideal routine for my facial clensing over many, many years of experimenting. I used to get many spots just before the "delicate women's time". However, my new discovery has changed it all. I have tried everything over the years, most recently Neutrogena Visibly Clear 2-in-1, but it made me break out even more than usual. I blame the salicylic acid. Anyway, my two magic ingredients are olive oil and Lancome Gel Eclat.
Basically, the inspiration for this came from the latest Gok Wan book. He says somewhere there that ladies in 40ties should swap soap/water based clenser for oil based one. So I am in my mid thirties and came up with this creative solution that is 50-50. So I massage olive oil, the extra virgin variety, into my skin and wipe it off with a tissue. Then I wash my hands and apply Lancome product on my skin and wash it off. Amazing, absolutely amazing. The skin feels clean, but not dry. Then I follow it on with creams, but I will write about these at a later time. In any case, my skin was this good last time probably when I was 12. Honestly, I am completely amazed how good this simple change has made it.
